Our secluded location guarantees privacy. The Outpost can host weddings from 2 guests to 150. When you hold your wedding at the Outpost we include the following: Complimentary ceremony site with seating for 150 guests. Have your wedding in the meadow or in our covered forest pavilion. Either site offers breathtaking views of the Continental Divide and Indian Peaks Wilderness. The exclusive use of the property for the entire weekend of your wedding reserved only for your ceremony, wedding reception and rehearsal dinner. Special rehearsal dinner menus, linens and dishes. Complete catering services priced separately, no outside catering allowed. Complimentary phone consultations and meetings to plan, coordinate and cater the event. 40' x 60' white pole tent including side walls with cathedral windows 16' x 12' dance floor and 8' x 16' band stage White wooden chairs (150) for the reception 8-top round dining tables White 84" round tablecloths White or royal blue 20" napkins (special solid napkin colors may be ordered at $3. each) China including dinner plate, salad bowl, bread plate, cake plate and coffee cup Flatware to include dinner knife, dinner fork, salad fork, cake fork and teaspoon Water glasses Buffet tables with skirting and tablecloths Bar tables with skirting and tablecloths Umbrella hors d'oeuvres table with linens Set up, tear down, and clean up Mens' and Ladies' restrooms Ample parking Electric hook up for reception band, extension cords not included Conditions Use of the Outpost kitchen, owner's or tenant's private quarters, or storage areas is not included. Pets and camping are not allowed. Smoking is permitted in restricted areas only. We hold your date with payment of a nonrefundable deposit equal to the Hosting Fee of $5,000.00 for a three night stay or $6,000.00 for a two night stay. The deposit is due upon signing the reservation contract. All 7 guest rooms must be reserved for a minimum of 2 or 3 consecutive nights without turnover at the double occupancy rate of $145 per night. Additional people in the room are $45 each. Children 2 and under are free. Extras Catering services Bar services and glassware Horse drawn carriage for ceremony Music, officiate, photographers, flowers, runner, cakes, etc. Votives, hurricanes, extra furniture, linens, etc. Catering Services The Outpost offers complete catering services and can manage additional special needs. However, we do not have a liquor license so you may supply your own alcohol. The Outpost is the only phone call you need to make when your guest count changes. We will cater your food and beverage service and can coordinate additional rentals, wedding cakes and more. Please find our menus here Guest Rooms Room rates are gladly discounted on an individual basis for stays of 4 nights or more. The rooms are normally paid for by the guests who occupy them. If minimum room nights are not reserved by guests, the difference is the responsibility of the Wedding Party. Room reservations must be made 60 days prior to arrival with a 50% deposit. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept all major credit cards. Guests are accepted under the standard Outpost policies as listed in the brochure. The Outpost is a NO SMOKING inn, no camping is allowed and we do not accept pets.
