Our Buffet menus include the following in the per person price:
  • Beverages: Citrus water, Regular and decaf coffee with cream & sweeteners, herbal teas, iced tea or lemonade

  • Bar Service: ice, setup and teardown, cleanup, ice chests, mixers, garnishes, assembled glassware and napkins. Price depends on type of bar, and glassware. Client provides all alcohol.
  • Bartenders: $275 per Bartender for 5 hours portal-to-portal
  • Linens, china, water glasses, skirting
  • Tax and Gratuity: 4% sales tax and 20% gratuity is not included and is added to the total.
  • Special Service: Live food stations or grilling, Passed hors d'oeuvres, Plated or French service, etc.

  • Sandwiches: Thinking of a Bridesmaids' Luncheon or a Welcoming Snack Buffet? Just want something simple and elegant? All menus include bottled water, paper plates, plastic utensils, paper napkins, plastic cups, ice, and condiments.

     

    Sandwiches start with freshly baked bread. Then we stack it high with your choice of ingredients including lettuce and tomatoes with Swiss or cheddar. We make it a big meal with your choice of pasta salad with veggies and vinaigrette or potato salad with or without onions; chef's choice of fruit; your choice of cookies including chocolate chip, sugar, peanut butter, or oatmeal raisin. Minimum order of 10 servings per choice.

     

     


    Carver Buffets, Brunches, Entree Islands, Dinner Menus:
    The Outpost also offers other menus and alternate approaches to service. We can offer whole hams, turkeys, roast beef and other items on our Carver Buffets which include staff to custom carve meats. Entree islands are terrific for a cocktail party style of service. We can customize a complete dinner menu and we can even design a very special brunch for your guests.


    Rentals:
    Sometimes you just need a few extras. We can save you a bunch of leg work by coordinating your rentals for you for a small fee. We will be here for you when your delivery arrives. It's a good idea especially if you don't live in the Winter Park area. Please inquire into rentals such as extra tables, linens, votives, hurricanes, etc.


    Payment and Policies:
    Here's how we work with you: Outpost Catering will prepare a contract for your signature. A nonrefundable deposit of $500 is due upon returning the signed contract in order to reserve your dates. We will plan and cost out your menu 45 days prior to your event and submit a detailed bill for your signature. Once the detailed bill is signed, a 50% deposit is due. Final changes, head count, and payment is due 15 days prior to your event. Last minute additions to head count will incur additional per person charges. The Outpost is not liable for issues, accidents or injuries as a result of alcohol, non-resident pets (which are not allowed), or illegal camping.  Catering is payable by check.
