For Small Weddings of 30 or less The Outpost is available year round for your small Colorado wedding of 30 or less guests. These Intimate Affairs offer busy brides a unique, cost effective opportunity to avoid the sometimes stressful and expensive decisions of a large wedding. The Outpost can host Intimate Affairs indoors and out. Weather permitting, the rehearsal dinner and reception can be served on our deck, overlooking the gardens. A wedding ceremony in winter, early spring or late fall is easily accommodated indoors with a buffet food service. Intimate Affairs must reserve all 7 of the Outpost rooms for a 2 night minimum stay. The room rate for the Intimate Affairs is $140.00 - $150.00 per night double occupancy and the Hosting Fee is $800.00. Rehearsal Dinners and Receptions are provided by the Outpost. We can customize a menu to meet your needs. Prices start at $22.00 per person.
